Using Health

Use Aspen's Health features to help coordinate and manage school health services. Schedule office visits, maintain immunization records, document health screenings, and track medication inventory – quickly and efficiently – so you can spend more time caring for students.

Learn how to do the following:

• Record daily office visits
• Monitor and record immunizations
• Enter health screenings
• Track inventory of all medication orders
• Create medication administration schedules
• Maintain student medical alerts

Note: Before you use the Health view to monitor health information at your school, your Aspen system administrator needs to verify that the appropriate reference codes are available to you when entering records.
