Enter and track staff member professional development activities
Use Aspen to track staff members' professional development activities.
To track staff member professional development activities:
- Do one of the following:
- To enter positions for an individual staff member, log on to the School or Personnel view. Click the Staff tab. Search for and select the staff member, and click the PD Extracurricular side-tab.
- To enter positions for several staff members, log on to the Personnel view. Click the Participation tab, Extracurricular Activities side-tab.

A list of activities you already entered for the staff member(s) appears.
- To add an activity, on the Options menu, click Add. The New Extracurricular Activities page appears.
- Enter the activity information.
- Click Save.
