Run the Study Balance Count report

Run the Study Balance Count report to view or print the number of students in each study hall section, each day and period, by year of graduation. For example, a study hall might have 50 students on one day, and only 30 the next, because freshmen go to Physical Education class on that day.

To run the Study Balance Count report:

1. Log on to the Build view.
2. Click the Workspace tab.
3. On the Reports menu, click Studies, then Study Balance Count. The Study Balance Count pop-up appears.
4. Enter the report parameters. The report displays in the format you specify.
