School Immunization Status Report

Run the School Immunization Status report to view the number of students with and without immunization records in your school, as well as the number of students who need one or more doses of specific vaccines:

 

To run the School Immunization Status report:

1. Log on to the Health view.
2. Click the Immunization tab. The Series Definitions page appears.
3. On the Reports menu, click School Immunization Status.
4. In the pop-up, click to select the report's format.
5. Click Run. The report displays in the format you specify.
