Immunization Non-Compliance Report

Run the Immunization Non-Compliance report to view a list of immunizations that students are not in compliance with.

 

To run the Immunization Non-Compliance report:

  1. Log on to the Health view.
  2. Click the Student tab, and then click the Immunizations side-tab.
  3. On the Reports menu, click Immunization Non-compliance. The pop-up appears.

  4. Note: You must select the immunization based on where the rule resides. For example, if the immunization is part of a series group, you must enter the immunization in the Immunization groups to include field.

    Description

    Students to include

    Click this drop-down to select which students you want to appear on this report.

    Search value

    Type a search value, such as 2020.

    Immunizations to include

    Click Search icon. to select which immunizations you want to appear on the report.

    Note: You can select one or more immunizations.

    Immunization groups to include

    Click Search icon. to select which immunization groups you want to appear on the report.

    Note: You must select the Group Series (MMR, DTaP) where the rule resides.

    Required immunizations only

    Select this checkbox if you only want the report to include required immunizations that a student is not in compliance with.

    Active students only

    Select this checkbox to include active students only.

    Include secondary students

    Select this checkbox to include secondary students (students who attend some classes at your school, but are enrolled at a primary school).

    Group by immunization category

    Select this checkbox if you want to group the report results by immunization category, such as Varicella.

    Sort results by

    Click this drop-down to determine whether to sort the report results by Name, YOGClosed year of graduation, or Homeroom.

    Show next dose ranges

    Select this checkbox to list the 'next dose' date ranges.

    Show compliance errors

    Select this checkbox to list compliance errors on the report, such as "Dose #4 is missing and must be given between 12 and 15 years old."

    Format

    Click this drop-down to select the report format, such as Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
  1. Click Run. The report displays in the format you specify.
