Staff Accrual Summary Report

Run the Accrual Summary report to view accruals for allowances such as personal and sick time. It lists each staff member's accrual balances on its own page so that you can distribute each report to the appropriate staff member:

Before running this report, you may want to run the Advanced Credit Accruals procedure to staff’s sick/personal/vacation days at the start of the school year or at any time during the year.

To access the Accrual Summary report:

  1. Log on to the School or District view.
  2. Click the Attendance tab.
  3. Click the Staff Roster or Staff History side-tab.
  4. On the Reports menu, click Accrual Summary. The Accrual Summary pop-up appears:

    Description

    School

    Click this drop-down to select the school(s) you want to run the report for.

    Date

    Type or select the date you want to print the report for. The system calculates accruals from the starting date to the date you type.

    Staff members to include

    Click this drop-down to determine which staff members to include:

    • Current selection
    • All
    • Bargaining unit

    Search value

    If you selected Bargaining unit, type the name of the bargaining unit in this field.

    Sort results by

    Click this drop-down to select how you want to sort the report results.

    Active staff only

    If you only want to include active staff members in the search results, select this checkbox.

    Format

    Click this drop-down to select a report format.

  1. Click Run. The system displays the report in the format you select.
