Managing Student Attendance
Use Aspen to record and manage attendance records that can keep track of arrivals, departures, and absences of students.
There are two parts of an attendance record:
- The actual record — this stores the date, the code, and whether the tardy, dismissed, or excused checkboxes were selected.
- The arrival and departure times — these are for informational purposes only. They do not affect membership statistics.
You must set up attendance before you can enter attendance records.
